Interested in assistance dogs?

The Learning and Resource Centre at Pershore has a display about Assistance Dogs.  Come and see it and learn about the different types of Assistance Dogs and the work they do, follow their life cycle from birth to retirement and read about the career opportunities available within the various charities producing these wonderful animals. And if you time it right, you may get to meet a Dog for the Disabled dog, Euro, who is living out his retirement with a member of library staff, and also to observe (from a distance only, no distracting him from his work!!!) Rubix, who is a working assistance dog, helping a member of Pershore staff with everyday activities.
